The Veritas Forum is a national organization designed to satisfy the need for God’s truth to be heard at the university level through the language of the student. The Veritas Forum began at Harvard in 1992 and has since spread throughout the country.
UCSC’s version of The Veritas Forum airs on channel 27 (Comcast) and channel 73 (Charter) on Fridays at 4:00 p.m. Here is the schedule for the rest of September:
September 9: “Privileged Planet” (documentary)
September 16: “J.S. Bach: Christian Musician” (drama)
September 23: “Can Science Know the Mind of God?” (lecturer, Phillip Johnson)
September 30: “Relativism: Feet Planted Firmly in Mid-Air” (lecturer, Greg Kouki)
