Every year children in our community are removed from their homes and placed in the foster care system because of severe abuse or neglect. Royal Family Kids Camp is a week-long residential Christian camp serving the special needs of these children from ages 7 to 11. For the first time, many of these youngsters will know what it feels like to have a caring “family” - as counselors, surrogate Grandparents and staff shower them with love, tell them Bible stories, join them in activities and continually affirm them.
This year’s camp will take place June 20-24 at Camp May-Mac in Felton. Making this 3rd Annual Royal Family Kids Camp a success for 42 children requires a lot of volunteers. Your help is needed before, during and after the camp. Part-time, full-time, one-time, any time! Male counselors, nurses, and lifeguards are especially needed.
