Thanks to all the churches who have caught the vision of organizing to help the poor. Love INC responded to 90 families in January including 61 children. One third of these were referred to Love INC by local agencies who have learned that Santa Cruz county churches are ready to help.

We are convinced that a public demonstration of the unity of the Christian church across denominational and individual church lines is the foundation of all effective outreach.
Believing that ChristianCruz.com can play a small part in facilitating that unity, we highlight events and news which we believe will be of interest to the larger Christian community in Santa Cruz County.
We do not provide these events and news items to encourage "church-shopping" in any way. Instead, we believe that providing this information will encourage you to pray for other churches and believers in our area. As we identify with each other in prayer, we believe that the Lord will continue to build community among us and that such community will serve as a foundation for us to reach out to those around us who do not yet know Christ.
We believe the following resources will prove helpful to the Christian community in Santa Cruz County as we endeavor to present the good news of Jesus to our friends and neighbors.
