Father Meletios Webber, priest of Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church and author of “Steps of Transformation: An Orthodox Priest Explores the Twelve Steps” will be speaking at the first Local Author Night of The Word Shop, a local Christian bookstore.
The event will take place on Tuesday, October 21 at 7:15 p.m. at The Word Shop, located at 246-A Center Avenue in Aptos. There is no charge to attend. For more information, contact Alliee DeArmond at 831.688.6607.
These Local Authors Nights will provide an opportunity for intimate discussions with local authors on a range of meaningful topics. Fr. Mel, as his local congregation at Elias Greek Orthodox Church calls him, will speak on “Winning through Surrender.”
