Wendy Thill, a local Christian businessperson, has some current job openings for housecleaning people.
In the past, she has successfully employed Christian girls/women from a broad range of ages, ranging from teenagers, to homeschoolers, to working women.
She is looking for individuals who are:
- Honest and Trustworthy - the work is performed in people’s homes, so respect for people’s property and their privacy is very important.
- Flexible - Someone who is able to clean on a weekly basis, not necessarily on the same days/dates.
- Good Worker - a person who is willing and able to work hard and diligently.
- Teachable - Experience desired, not required. Prefer having someone with basic cleaning skills. Willing to teach further skills; must be open to learning!
- Positive Attitude - someone who is pleasant to work with, easygoing, able to work well alone and with others.
- Reliable and Timely - Able to follow through on returning phone calls, able to work when they say they can and show up on time.
Wendy is open to being flexible as to times & days of work. She would prefer help several times a week; opportunities are also available to work once a week, bi-weekly, several times a month, or on an “on-call” basis. Person should have their own transportation to and from jobs. Wages will depend on the individual person, reliability and skill level. Persons will start on a trial basis.
