Marie Yurosko, a Los Gatos resident, recently wrote us:
(We) are involved with an organization called International Hospitality Center. It is based in Honolulu and directed by a friend of mine, Barbara Bancel. She has some Japanese students who attend school in Honolulu and would like to spend ten days here on the mainland experiencing an American Christmas. So I am asking for your help in finding host families who would be willing to open their hearts and homes to these girls.
There are two girls, 18 and 19, who want to be together and two girls, both 19 who both want to be together. They will arrive December l9th and leave on January lst. It will be arranged for them to fly in to San Jose Airport; and I am willing to pick them up and get them to the host families.
